ResQ365 have GPS location capability that makes it easier for you to locate our nearby breakdown assist team and vice versa, the GPS location of you also make it easier for us to find you.

We knew that no one want to blindly wait to be rescued, therefore we provides you time frames on how close your service provider is moving towards you. This is to allows you to know the estimated time your service provider will arrive at your location.

ResQ365 provides vehicle breakdown assistance ranging from passenger cars, 4x4 trucks, vans, lorries, trucks, buses, tankers, prime movers and etc.

ResQ365 was designed in 2 payments stages. First payment stage is travel fees, that is when you request your service provider to travel to your vehicle breakdown location. Once payment received by the service provider, they will start travelling to your location. When the service provided arrived at your location, they will access your vehicle breakdown reason and propose to you the best solution. If you agreed with the solution and pricing, then you will continue with the second payment stage. Once second payment is done, your service provider will carry out the job and complete the job for you to bring your vehicle back on road. The completed job will be recorded for your reference as vehicle breakdown service history.
Our service prices (travel fees, jump start, tire patching, and spare tire replacement) are listed openly by each service provider, you pay what you see.
As for the new battery and new tire replacement, since the price varies for different sizes and model, therefore the pricing are in range rather than single price. But don’t worry, if your vehicle breakdown situation that ends up needed to replace a new battery or new tire, you can directly negotiate the pricing with the service provider to achieve an mutual agreement price before service provider replace the faulty part with the new one.
